Advancements from current line: The filters offer greater surface area and are a substantial improvement over the current stainless steel mesh screens.
Important specs: 70 micron filtration, works up to 155° F.
Contaminants such as dirt, burrs and bits of sealing tape can clog nozzles quickly, leading to having to frequently clean the nozzles resulting in costly down time for the system.
BETE's solution: By introducing the porous plastic filters to the PJ series, a greater surface area takes longer to clog and thus reduces the frequency with which the nozzles need to be cleaned.
