ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Certifications

BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. is proud to announce that it has received ASME Certifications for the design and manufacture of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division 1 pressure vessels and for Power Piping in accordance with ASME B31.1. National Board certification for the repair and alteration of pressure vessels was also obtained.

BETE is the first spray nozzle company to obtain these ASME/National Board stamps. “A long history of supplying fabrications to the ASME B31.3 Process Piping code certainly helped in the rigorous process to obtain the U, UM, PP, and R certifications,” says Tom Bassett, Vice President of Engineering and Quality. The process includes a thorough, independent audit of all design, material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and nondestructive testing processes.

The added capability to design and manufacture pressure vessels, piping systems, and spool pieces to these Codes provides customers with ease of sourcing the equipment for their spraying challenges. The spray nozzle, feed piping, and vessel can now all come from one, qualified supplier, minimizing multi-supplier integration and communication headaches.
