During this unprecedented emergency, we’re taking special precautions to protect our employees and local community, and doing everything we can to maintain operations and support our customers. We will update this page as the situation evolves. Learn more in the timeline of updates below.

BETE has taken comprehensive measures in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The health of our employees, customers, partners, and the public is a top priority. We aim to ensure our ability to supply and serve our customers worldwide. Please find our operations update as follows:

    Sales and service

    • Our Customer Service Reps, Sales Teams, and Applications Engineers are available to support you.
    • Please e-mail or call 413-772-2166 Ext 5 from 7 AM – 3 PM (EDT).

    • We can deliver; our production is up and running.
    • Most items are available from stock or with standard lead times.
    • A decrease in capacity at the plant to ensure the safety of our employees may lead to longer delivery times in some instances.

    Measures to protect against infection

    • We have canceled all non-essential travel.
    • We have canceled all major meetings and events until further notice.
    • We have taken extensive measures at our plant to ensure a high level of hygiene and to maintain sufficient distance between employees.

Thank you for your business, and be well.

  • March 25, 2020 The Massachusetts governor announced a closure of nonessential businesses.
BETE has been declared an essential business and will continue operating to provide our products to customers to support critical infrastructure and help in the fight against COVID-19.  We will be doing so at less than full capacity to allow for social distancing and maintaining as safe a workplace as possible.
We remain open and are shipping every customer order as quickly as possible. Effective immediately, we have updated lead times to 4 weeks.
If you have a specific need for an essential business, please notify us so that we may prioritize accordingly.
Stay well and thank you for partnering with BETE.

  • March 20, 2020 To reduce the number of people in the building, we have initiated a work from home policy for employees whose responsibilities are not location-dependant. If anyone is having difficulty reaching their contact at BETE, please email or use our contact form for assistance.
If there is anything we can do to help your business during these challenging times, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We applaud how well the BETE Community is handling this difficult situation. Please continue the humanity and compassion you have been displaying. Together we will make it through.

A message to inform you about how BETE is committed to the health and safety of our team so that we can continue to provide spray technology solutions that exceed expectations. At this time, our operations have not been directly affected by the virus, and we have implemented precautionary measures to protect our employees and the local community. We are available to fill in where spray nozzles, fabrications, and systems supply chains are compromised.
