Marketing Coordinator

Summary:

The function of BETE Marketing is to grow our brand awareness with strategic content development across key marketing content & delivery channels. The focus of our communications is to inspire confidence in our products and abilities to the end-user, providing optimal spray process solutions for a range of target markets and industrial applications. The role of the Marketing Coordinator is to create, implement, organize, and track communication assets and programs that generate leads, attract new customers, and leverage existing relationships.
 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate marketing events, including tradeshows and other engagements.
  • Develop messaging and content, ensuring relevance and timeliness, for print, websites, and social media consistent with BETE’s brand, style, and voice.
  • Implement communication plans in support of new products and target markets.
  • Utilize automated marketing software in conjunction with our website and CRM.
  • Produce press releases for digital media.
  • Coordinate printed and digital advertising, including online listings.
  • Track all marketing data – create reports and verbal presentations to update the team.
  • Provide multi-media support for internal departments.
  • Provide marketing materials, website content, and consultation support to Sales Reps and Distributors.
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, catalogs, case studies, white papers, etc.).
  • Provide inventory control of all marketing material, including archives of all digital media.
  • Initiate, implement, or support special projects including, but not limited to, recognition programs, company events, sales representative reward programs, customer service price lists, and President’s annual report.

Experience:

Applications Engineer

BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. is seeking additional help within our Applications Engineering team. 


A BETE Applications Engineer uses their engineering skills, product design and applications knowledge to assist customers in selecting the best product to improve processes and solve fluid spray challenges.  They ensure that technical recommendations meet customer specifications and coordinate the development of custom spraying solutions and fabricated assemblies.  They are the technical expert to interface between customers and personnel from all functions of our design and manufacturing process. Applications Engineers promote sales growth in emerging and existing industrial spray nozzle markets and identify and lead new product development projects.
 

Job Responsibilities:

 Applications Engineering:
  • Provide product recommendations to customers, sales representatives, distributors, and customer service representatives based on technical inquiries
  • Coordinate applications involving fabricated and special products
  • Provide Customer Service with technical information for the preparation of bid packages
  • Provide product performance data as requested
  • Test products as required
  • Follow up with customer to validate successful product applications
  • Maintain product and application databases and record customer interactions
  • Visit customers and potential customers as required
  • Respond with technical assessment of returned product as required
 Product Development:
  • Identify the potential for new product development based on customer need
  • Manage new product development projects
  • Develop tools (analytical, software, etc.) to facilitate tasks
 Training:
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of training packages.
  • Train the global BETE sales group on new products and applications
  • Assist other departments by communicating information regarding how product applications affect the product(s) being sold or quoted.

BOM Analyst / Production Planner

BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. is seeking additional help within our Production Planning team. 

Summary: 

Support the Production Planning and Materials Planning team by playing a key role in the progression of orders from the quote stage through manufacturing.  Solve manufacturing problems to aid in the production of quality products while fulfilling the need of cost-effective, on-time delivery.
Actively identify and implement process improvement within the Production Planning department, and take part in projects that support improvements around the company. 
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create parts lists and routings based on component and assembly drawings.
  • Provide manufacturing costing to sales for quotes based on expected direct labor and overhead costs.
  • Release work orders to manufacturing based on shop workloads across similarly capable machines.
  • Contribute to the resolution of nonconforming product via the development of manufacturing repair plans, attending Material Review Board meetings, and assisting in root-cause analysis. 
  • Process Design Changes by reviewing their effect on inventory and open work orders.
  • Track (and in some cases, expedite) orders within manufacturing to meet the delivery needs of the customer.
  • Quote manufacturing lead times based on shop-loading and available inventory.
  • Communicate order statuses and relevant manufacturing details to customer service personnel.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks throughout the manufacturing process, including in CNC machine cells, a Foundry, and external venders.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase the productivity of the department. 

Interpersonal Skills:

Foundry Worker, 1st Shift

BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. is seeking help in our Foundry specifically on the 1st shift, in the "Breakout/Cleaning Room".  

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Breakout/Cleaning Room Department Lead Person. Follow the direction and supervision set forth by the lead person to achieve and accomplish daily goals and expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Able to continuously bend, lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to interpret and follow all ISO 9001 Procedures.
  • Ability to interpret and follow all job specific manufacturing routing information.
  • Visually inspect all cast trees and cast parts for surface defects of an 1/8" diameter or greater with a depth greater than the smaller of: 1/3 the wall thickness or 3/32" depth for acceptance.
  • Monitor and maintain all Breakout/Cleaning room records, daily part transfer/shipment file, scrap and yield file and part/tree weight file within the Manufacturing Production Data Information Screen of the EDA computer system.
  • Ability to clean, cut, grind and process castings.
  • Ability to operate all Breakout/Cleaning room equipment. Including, but not limited to the following: hand tools, high temperature heat treat ovens, industrial belt sanders, industrial cut-off saws, industrial shot blast cleaning units, welder, plasma cutter, air jack hammer fork lift truck, etc.
  • Able to communicate with all other personnel.
  • Flexibility to assist/work in all other Foundry departments as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal / Communication Skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow written/verbal directions and work procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a small team.
  • Foundry Experience a plus.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

 Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and inspect blueprints using standard tools and gauges.

Educational Qualifications:

CNC Machinist, 2nd & 3rd Shift(s)


BETE Fog Nozzle, Inc. is seeking a skilled individual with a strong working knowledge of Computer Numeric Controlled machinery who are committed to quality, precision, and safety. At BETE, our Machinists manage CNC equipment from setup to operation, producing parts and tools from different resources including metal and plastic. Monitoring machinery, inspecting finished products, and leading test runs. Implement quality procedures and process improvements to support world class quality manufacturing and customer service at a dynamic and growing company.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Produces machined parts through programming, set-up, and operation of a computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
  • Maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Inspecting parts and testing them for function and dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments.
  • Make judgement, initiate corrective action and adjust machines as required. Make edits that are assigned by programmer.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Take responsibility of one’s own work and product loss. Maintaining equipment and supplies.

 Qualifications:

  • Proficient in manual/CNC machining applications.
  • Ability to identify process improvements, analyze data, and solve problems.
  • Experience with a Coordinate Measurement Machine is a plus!

Educational Qualifications:

  • High School / Trade school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three years’ work experience in CNC manufacturing function.
