Important Notice Regarding BETE's Response to COVID-19

BETE has taken comprehensive measures in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The health of our employees, customers, partners, and the public is a top priority. We aim to ensure our ability to supply and serve our customers worldwide. Please find our operations update as follows:

Sales and service

  • Our Customer Service Reps, Sales Teams, and Applications Engineers are available to support you. 
  • Please e-mail or call 413-772-2166 Ext 5 from 7 AM – 3 PM (EDT).


  • We can deliver; our production is up and running.
  • Most items are available from stock or with standard lead times.
  • A decrease in capacity at the plant to ensure the safety of our employees may lead to longer delivery times in some instances.

Measures to protect against infection

  • We have canceled all non-essential travel.
  • We have canceled all major meetings and events until further notice.
  • We have taken extensive measures at our plant to ensure a high level of hygiene and to maintain sufficient distance between employees.
